Welcome to my blog! In case you are wondering about the name, I chose "Farrago & Folly" because I like both of these words, and I think they sum up my interests pretty well. A farrago is a hodgepodge, and a folly is a whimsical structure built to serve as a conversation piece (also, the state or quality of being foolish). As the name suggests, this blog will focus on a wonderful, sometimes silly, mixture of things, whatever happens to interest me at the moment. To be sure, my love of travel, art, flea markets, and interior design will be regular topics.
